Challenges Faced by Teachers in The Industrial Revolution Era

Being a professional teacher in this era, teachers pursued with any skills while curriculum conduct in our learning process.The changes of curriculum appear because our stakeholders need a better education system Indonesia. Curriculum in Indonesia nowadays is curriculum k13 that serves a good curriculum nowadays. However, Any exercises that give to students should have a criteria in higher order thinking skills. Those skills explain us to give more interest and critical thinking in the learning aspect. This condition makes students active and creative while admitting the materials. They also do discussion with their friend while the teacher controls the activity inside of class. 

Most schools in Indonesia have provided a good technology also in facing this modern era. They attend to help students increase their information and anything in the education system. Strength internet becomes a serious problem when they do an activity with technology. In addition, educators should have strong connections and modern technology itself to conduct the learning process. 

The challenges of schools are modern technology that doesn't equally spread out in all of schools in Indonesia. This is a big problem for our education because the impact is students don’t get any information with trending topics around the world. The materials also can’t be admitted by them as well.

Hopefully, the challenges will disappear as soon. All of Indonesian students get the benefit and knowledge for change the future of Indonesia. Aamiin
